About this equipment

Built as landing craft 'HMS LST 3022' for the Admiralty in 1945. Sold to the RAN (Royal Austrlian Navy) in 1950, and sold for scrapping in Sydney to R.R.Coote. In 1954 bought by Queensland Cement & Lime Co Lt and converted into a stationary dredger.

Late 1980s scuttled off Brisbane to form part of an artificial reef.
