HERBOSCH-KIERE N.V. was formed in 1975 by the merger of the firms Eugene HERBOSCH (hydraulic engineering department) and KIERE.

Eugene HERBOSCH had a 75-year-old tradition in shipping and the salvaging of ships; KIERE had been well known for 25 years in the sector of heavy demolition and dynamiting.

Since then, the N.V. HERBOSCH-KIERE, by means of a dynamic company policy of innovational conceptualisation and future-oriented investment, has succeeded in becoming a leading company in several water related sectors. Thus, for example it specialises in the following tasks:
