Gebouwd bij de oude werf De Klop in Zuilen. Destijds eigendom van een van de participanten van het huidige Boskalis.
Had dus toen niets met het huidige IHC (opgericht 1944) te maken.
De Klop was founded in Zuilen near Utrecht and bougth by Bos & Kalis in 1905. They replaced the yard in 1916 to Sliedrecht
