 Baseline design of the dredger will be prepared by Swedish company FKAB. Preparation of technical documentation and procurement of equipment will be done by concern’s companies Western Baltic Engineering and Elme.

The first time in Lithuania received order for the construction of the dredger, is one of the target goals towards steady moves into the specialized shipbuilding market, which is very promising. “Rohde Nielsen A/S” is a well-known port water area dredging company. The Customer's decision to implement the project in Western Baltija Shipbuilding was determined by the company reliability, excellent recommendations from the former owner and from other Danish customers. The specific ship will be equipped with two 1,720 kW main engines MAN type and one 1935 kW engine for pumping of sand. The dredger length - 82 m, width – 16m, deadweight - 3900 tons and the maximum draft - 5.50 m.
