Arminius Werke GmbH and Mr Franz Hitzler jointly run the shipyard from the year 2001. In turn, Arminius Werke GmbH via its shareholders is closely related to Schiffswerft und Maschinenfabrik Cassens GmbH. The result is an association of shipbuilders which co-operates closely in all respects and which is capable of proposing optimal solutions for ships of up to 12,000 tdw.
