About

In 2008, United Marine Holdings (UMH), the company which included United Marine Aggregates (UMA) and United Marine Dredging (UMD) became wholly owned by Tarmac Limited. UMA was integrated into the Tarmac business during 2008 and as from 1st January 2010 UMD will change it's name to Tarmac Marine Dredging Limited, completing the transition.
