Job: for soil improvement at so called "STER" connection (A4 from Beneluxtunnel south to A15 Highway) the pit was excavated with dredger and later filled up with sand. The dredger was transported by truck and lorries to the harbour for further watertransport, through the company Stoof from Breda, later Van Seumeren- De Meern and now Mammoet Rotterdam. After this project, the dredger was used again by Van Oord on the Schelde Rijn Kanaal to construct a workharbourbassin. (information by Frits Visscher)
