On 4 May 1995, she suffered a serious incident when dredging off Tweed Heads, Queensland, Australia. Operating in a heavy swell, she rolled onto her draghead and was badly damaged. After temporary repairs were made at an anchorage off Kirra Beach she proceeded to Brisbane for slipping and permanent repairs.
