  Subsequent owner and registration history 1927 to Workington Harbour & Dock Board for £7756 and first registered.  Vessel history Named after Alderman Gilbertson who in 1884 cut the first sod of Preston's Docklands improvement. 
Build cost £18764.
July 16-28, 1900 hired by Tees Conservancy Commissioners for £95 per week
